How do I know the offer has been applied to my order?
Once you have entered your discount code into the ‘Enter Offer Code’ box to the right hand side of the checkout screen and selected ‘Redeem’. The code, and the price that is being discounted from your order should appear in blue text above the Subtotal.
If this does not occur, please contact our customer services team on Freephone 0800 1337 494 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our expert advisors will be happy to resolve the issue.
How do I activate an offer code?
To activate an offer code you need to be in the checkout section of your order. An ‘Enter Offer Code’ box will be situated on the right hand side of the checkout page, simply type the offer into this box and select ‘Redeem’. This will then activate the offer code and minus the offer from your total order price.

How do I sign up to receive offers from Actavo Direct?
To receive offers from Actavo Direct you can open an account and opt in for the email marketing. To do this, simply keep ‘I would like to receive news, offers and updates’ ticked when opening an account.
